GET TO KNOW ME

Hello... my name is Zoe

...is the start of the introduction I've been giving for years in my role in the NHS working as a physician associate in acute frailty. Whilst I still love medicine, it is not quite my ikigai. My creative side which I've tried to suppress for many years has always felt like it is missing. 

I live on the 'sunny south coast' with my husband Harry and our cat Paddington. We have lived in the midlands and Surrey but always felt the urge to come back home to Sussex.I use most of my time off work travelling and taking pictures of beautiful places around the world. I am slowly learning French and enjoy nothing more than a good cup of tea. I am terrible to watch films with but can binge a TV series no problemo and have seen Friday Night Dinner no fewer than 60 times. I personally think I am really funny but many will disagree. I am a big family girl from a very small family.

I got my first proper camera when I was thirteen and have always been the one taking photos in a group.  I have always loved photographing weddings and second shot my first wedding nearly ten years ago. I have decided there's no time like the present to jump in. I became even more obsessed with weddings since our own in 2022. It's cliché but I properly love love. I love hearing all the little things that make you tick as a couple, capturing those little looks or strokes of the hands. The big exhale of nerves as you walk down the aisle. Delicious.
